These 15 jobs range for range from Data Scientist ($110,000) to Manufacturing Engineer ($72,000) and I am much overqualified for all of those. My last full time job was fetching me $130,000 (in 2004). At a time when the unemployment is at a minimun why can’t I find a job? As a visible and efficient politician don’t you think you should be paying attention to this?
I have been following you and congrerssman John Delaney (who had contacted you to help me out in 2012 and we had met during that election year voting booth in Germantown election booth. It has been roughly 6 years and you had kindly tried 2 things for me.
- During the Obama Healthcare.gov MD system crisis I had told you that I know the problem and give me chance to vet with high level officials and point out the problem. It was”not” IT coding problem, it was “design” problem. you had kindly approached Secretary Joshua Sarfstein and upon me pressing the issue he had sent me an e-mail (dated April 1, 2014) that he will see me after the turmoel settles down a little. Government took the contract from the small company (CGA???) and gave the contract to their Sub(??) Acenture. I had approached Acenture to listen to me without any success. Rather than fixing the design they worked with patches and abandoned the system to re-do and the system is still with bugs ans Secretary Sharfstein has never contacted me again.
- You had been, for last 6 years in contact with me (thank you) and after contacting you several times you have given me a chance to meet again. In the meantime after pressing you many times you engaged me on to help you on a legislation for Drones. I have all the experience on drones both with the technology (control and operations) and FAA Air Traffic Control (ATC) system very intently. As a matter of fact my small business was instrumental for the ATC color screen design (I was chosen for the contract competing with over 20+ small and large companies, I being the smallest company), the most important factor, and IBM/Lockheed chose my company. The FAA contract was awarded to them and I was the smallest sub-contractor on this $7B historically the largest contract ever under one signature. The contract did not renewed bu my company color screen design later was deployed in London. I worked with you for two months and there was no attention given or recognition of my work on Drone legislation.
- You had engaged me support you on the Drone legislation effort, a very important piece of work which I had a third draft of. This legislation is very important for various reasons including:
- The emerging technology which covers areas of drones flying with the airplanes in shared National Airspace System (NAS).
- Rule and Regulations yet to be solidified for Safety and Security.
- The emerging technologies also changing in parallel with he driverless cars, national shared cargo space etc.
- Proximity of Metro area, and
- Continued no-fly zone Airspace intrusion covering he Capital and white house.
- I have hands on technology and FAA regulation work experience.

In spite of all these experiences and my effort of collecting data and review of legislations in all 50 states my work was not taken into any consideration.
I have been very painfully ignored. It is “not” you alone but the corrupt practices and hidden agenda is causing America incur Waste-Fraud-Abuse everybody is talking about but no body paying attention.
There are hundreds of examples like this that hurts me and I am not given any attention unlike previous politicians like Paul Sarbanes, Barbara Makulski, Connie Morella, Governor Glendenning who had some emotion that is less and less observed in current cadre of politicians. Would the current politicians give me a chance?
“How about giving me a chance and I can bring down a minute percent of the Waste-Fraud-Abuse?”
“A Mathematical Algorithm, IICE I believe can make a small improvement (may be a lot more) in Intelligence Information Correlation Engine (IICE) I have been presenting for a long time without any traction? I am not finding a real cognizant group of technical people to evaluate it? It may be great quantum jump for the intelligence technology?”
“Improve on co-flying airplanes, UAVs, robotics based technologies ….?”
There are tons of background data you and John Delaney have on me lacking proper attention. I will rather be evaluated than ignored.. tried. It is a disgress.
